Upon submitting your selection, you will receive an email from the JustRewards™ Fulfillment Center that will contain further details on your experience selection and the contact information of a fulfillment specialist who will help you with any questions you may have and assist in booking your travel.

No, Mutual Trip Experiences do not include airfare. But JustRewards is ready with White Glove service to help book your flight itinerary, today.

Travel packages do not include airfare - do I need to book my own?

Accepted Answer

JustRewards™ is a full-service travel company and can help with adding air and ground transportation to your travel itinerary for an additional cost. All additions are non-refundable and subject to availability.

Do I have any flexibility once I make a selection?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change from your initial selection and select a different package. You are able to make changes up until the time you have booked and ticketed your travel/event. Once
you have been ticketed, additional charges and fees may apply if you make any changes.

How do I contact JustRewardsTM?

You can call the JustRewards™ Redemption Service Center at 1-866-904-5577. It is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. EST, and can help you with questions ranging from the validity of your award through the status of your order. The Redemption Service Center can also assist in finding an event to attend, should you have trouble deciding what to redeem your award for.

You may also call the team at Xtreme Recognition at 402-943-8904, who will be happy to assist in any way they can, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

How far in advance must I book my selection that includes an event?

When choosing an event, please keep in mind that you must allow at least 60 days for fulfillment processing. Only events taking place 60 or more days from your date of redemption will be available.

How long do I have to complete my travel/event?

Accepted Answer

All travel must be completed within 24 months of the experience package issuance date.

Am I able to add time, guests, or experiences to my trip?

Accepted Answer

JustRewards™ is a full-service travel company and can help you with customizing your travel experience. Package inclusions may be customized for an additional fee. Charges will apply for additional nights, tickets, and services such as golf or spa. All additions are non-refundable and are subject to availability.

Are the packages limited in their availability?

Accepted Answer

All events available for redemption are based on both accommodation and event ticket availability. It is important to note that availability can be exhausted from time to time. JustRewards™ will make every effort to fill your award package with your first redemption choice, but there may be rare instances where this is simply impossible.

Should this occur, you will be promptly contacted by your JustRewards™ Fulfillment Specialist and given the opportunity to redeem your award for a different experience. Please do not make plane or other travel arrangements until your redemption has been confirmed by your assigned  JustRewards™ Fulfillment Specialist.

What happens if I do not complete my travel within the timeframe provided?

Any unused package inclusion may not be returned or replaced for cash or travel credit.
